How We Do
A huge difference will be made from our split air conditioning service valve, which is main in perfect valve stem with top O-ring, quality valve core and firm brazing technology between brass body and copper tube, so that you can't find any leaking issue after our engineers make valve function by bubble leak test with nitrogen at 610 psig.
- Valve stem must be functional after assembling
- Service valve leakage must be less than 1.6 g/a
- A/C valve be clear & impurity less than 0.2g/m2
- Withstanding pressure of valve body is 4.41 MPa
- Valve surface no defect & copper tube no bruise
- Strong brazing between brass body & copper tube
- Leak test 100% inspected before making delivery
